Travel is no longer just about departure and destination, it’s about the journey without anxiety. In this project I mapped the unseen ledger of luggage: the conveyor belts, the lost tags, the silent stress. I interviewed passengers, studied airport system logs and traced where the chain broke. I reframed the experience: when your bag is nowhere to be found, the disappointment is not about the suitcase, it’s about the promise of certainty.

With real-time updates, claim forms that fill themselves, and status flows you understand at a glance, the design shifts the focus from “Where is my bag?” to “My bag is being managed.” Notably, this project hit Behance before Air India publicly announced integration with Apple AirTag for baggage tracking in April 2025, proving the concept’s relevance ahead of industry adoption.
